To assist companies to upgrade, public agencies such as Building and Construction Authority (BCA), SPRING Singapore and Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) have been consistently and

Local Enterprise Technical Assistance Scheme (LETAS)

LETAS, which is administered by SPRING Singapore, helps to defray up to 50%
of the total consultancy cost with caps at S$5,000 for quality management systems and IT e-commerce, and S$10,000 for
IT implementation (upgrading of computer systems of ISO projects).
The assistance scheme is available to Singapore-based small-medium enterprises (SMEs) to hire external experts to improve
the quality management and information technology systems.
