ES Online Portal

The portal comes with built-in features to guide Qualified Person for Building Plans [QP(BP)] on the compliance requirements. It helps streamline and enable the QP (BP) to generate the declaration and necessary details in the form for submission along with their building plan via CORENET 2 e-submission system. The form generated can also be retrieved and updated for as-built submission when project is completed for TOP application and clearance.

Salient information on Environmental Sustainability requirements and assistive tools such as form template with built in calculation are made available to QP(BP) and other appropriate practitioners namely PE(Mechanical) and PE(Electrical) in support of their design and declaration.

For projects submitted through CORENET X, please use the BC ES Appendix 1 form as your submission form instead of the form generated from the ES Online Portal.

Submission Process for CORENET 2

The submission in compliance with the requirements on environmental sustainability of buildings are integrated with the Building Plan and TOP processes.

At Building Plans application stage

Submit via CORENET 2 the supporting template/form on building envelope(ETTV, RETV, RTTV), where relevent.

Log in to generate the GM01 submission forms which comprise the QP and appropriate practitioners’ declaration and details.
E-sign the GM01 submission forms and the supporting template before before submitting them along with the Building Plan submission for approval via CORENET 2 System.

After Building Plans application

Submit via CORENET 2 the supporting template/form on air-conditioning information template/form, energy modelling template/form and daylight template/form (where applicable) once the design is firmed up and before installation.

Upon project completion and before TOP/CSC application

Log in to generate the GM02 submission forms and submit building envelope (ETTV, RETV, RTTV), the air-conditioning information template/form, energy modelling template/form and daylight template/form (where applicable) if there is any deviation to the last submitted template/form.
E-sign the GM02 submission forms and the supporting templates before submitting via CORENET 2 System.
