1. The use of Quarantine Sub-Plot (QSP) is for blocks of one calendar week (from Monday to Sunday) subject to a maximum of 7 calendar weeks. An applicant who needs to use the QSP for more than 7 weeks must submit a letter, together with the Application Form (Form QPA), to justify the request.

2. The applicant may deposit the completed Application Form together with the cheque for the rental of the QSP into the Quarantine Sub-Plot Application Box in BCA’s office (5 Maxwell Road #02-00 MND Complex Tower Block) between Monday 9.00am and Tuesday 5.00pm of each week. Application for use of each QSP shall be made at least 2 weeks but not earlier than 7 weeks in advance. Early submission (ie. earlier than 7 weeks) will not be considered.

3. Applications received will be processed weekly. BCA will inform the applicants of the outcome on Thursday afternoon (by both email and fax) of the same week. BCA’s approval of application and allocation of QSPs is based on the principles that new source country and new importer will be accorded priority in consideration. The allocation of QSPs will be decided by the BCA and BCA’s decision shall be final.

   For those applicants not allocated according to their requested periods, duration and desired location, they are required to confirm their acceptance of the alternative period/location assigned to them, in writing by both fax (BCA Fax : 62246649) and email (BCA email : qsp_enquiry@bca.gov.sg), with by the following Week Monday or earlier.

4. With the submission of the Form QPA, it is deemed that the applicant has understood his responsibilities and liabilities as a QSP tenant as stated in the Terms and Conditions of Use for QSP.
