CHINA CONSTRUCTION (SOUTH PACIFIC) DEVELOPMENT CO PTE LTD

Established since 1992, China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Pte Ltd (CCDC) is a regional subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC).

JGP Architecture (S) Pte Ltd was started as a sole proprietorship in 1985 and it was incorporated as a private limited company in 1995. JGP has made significant presence in the Asia Pacific region and has showcased and been commissioned with projects taking them to countries such as Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand and China.

Over the years, JGP has continued to win awards for its projects. SHINGDA CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD

Founded in Year 1986, Shingda has come a long way to become one of the few construction companies that has been awarded the prestigious Singapore Quality Class and Singapore Innovation Class awards. Over the years, Shingda has developed their core competencies in piping works for utilities network transmission.

They are an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization and are registered in the financial category of L5 with tendering Limit up to 10 million under the BCA workhead of Pipe Laying and Road Reinstatement (CR07) and C1 with tendering limit of up to 3 million in BCA Workhead of Civil Engineering Works (CW02).

TIONG SENG CONTRACTORS (PTE) LTD

Tiong Seng Contractors (Pte) Ltd established in 1959, started as an earthworks contractor and ventured into civil engineering in the 1970's. The company has undertaken various roads, bridges, ports and sewerage treatment plant projects. Harnessing the expertise acquired, Tiong Seng gradually moved into building construction in the early 1980's.

The company has developed core competencies in the field of civil engineering and building construction and is able to warrant the timely delivery of various types of projects. With the ownership of an entire fleet of construction equipment, Tiong Seng is capable of the widest possible range of works.

Currently, Tiong Seng is registered under the highest financial grade of A1 contractor in both civil engineering and building construction with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).

To tap the vast opportunities in the global market, Tiong Seng ventured into the overseas market in the late 1980's and actively participated in Asian Development Bank and World Bank funded projects. With that gained experience and momentum, Tiong Seng subsequently ventured into Laos, Vietnam, China and India.
