What To Look Out For When Checking Windows

1. CASEMENT WINDOW
   
   
   
   
   
   
   Using a mirror to check the screws/ rivets on the top of the window panel
   
   
   
   Using a mirror to check the screws/ rivets on the underside of the window panel
   
   
   Check that:
   
   
   a) Rivets are not broken or corroded
   
   
   b) Screws are not loose or rusty
   
   
   c) Friction stays are not bent or loose.
   
   
2. SLIDING WINDOW
   
   
   
   Check that:
   a) Safety stopper and angle strip are in place.
   b) Window panel can slide smoothly.
   
   
3. ADJUSTABLE LOUVRED WINDOW
   
   
   Check that:
   a) Glass panes are secure and not cracked/broken.
   b) Lever lock works properly.
