Maintenance Tips

1. Check rivets/ screws.
   If they are made of aluminium, replace them with stainless steel ones.
   
   
   
   
2. Use brush to remove dirt from movable parts.
   
   
   
   
3. Use cloth to clean dirt from movable parts.
   
   
   
   
4. Lubricate sliding shoe.
   
   
   
   
5. Lubricate pivot point.
   
   
   
   
6. Tighten loose screws.
   
   
7. Replace:
   • Corroded rivets/ rusty screws
   • Missing safety stopper
   • Damaged friction stay
