PAYMENT

All fees are to be paid at the time of application. Fees paid to BCA do not mean
acceptance of applications. Applications shall be subjected to approval from BCA.
Fees paid shall be refunded for those applications rejected by BCA.

ONLINE SUBMISSION
|
 |
|
Applicant can submit his application via online submission.
Payment via online submission can be made by the following modes :-
GIRO
CREDIT CARD
*Credit Card validation is performed securely offline. Application will be rejected
if credit card information is incomplete or incorrect or there is insufficient funds
in the account.

OVER-THE-COUNTER SUBMISSION
|
 |
|
Applicant can submit his application at the BCA Academy counter located at 200 Braddell
Road, Singapore 579700
and pay his fee electronically. The forms of electronic payment that can be made
are GIRO, Nets, Cash Card or Credit Card.

Operation Hours :
8.30 am to 5pm (Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays and eve of major Public
Holidays)
8.30 am to 12.30pm (Saturday and eve of major Public Holidays, except Public Holidays)

WHAT IS INTER-BANK GIRO
|
 |
|
Inter-bank GIRO (IBG) is a services that enables you to pay your fee electronically.
How to make payment through GIRO
|
1.
|
You need to have an existing approved Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) for payment.
|
|
2.
|
Please indicate your GIRO account number on the application form. If your application
is approved, GIRO deduction will take effect within 7 working days.
|
|
3.
|
If you do not have an existing DDA with BCA and wish to make payment for the next
application you may download and complete the DDA form.
The DDA form must be submitted to BCA two months before the next application.
|
|
4.
|
GIRO payment is effected when the applicant receives the notification letter.
|
|
|
SUBSIDIES AND GRANTS
|
 |
|
For courses where subsidies and grants is applicable, eg. SDF Subsidy, refer to
the respective courses and under 'More Info' for administrative details.
|
|
REPLACEMENT, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND
|
 |
|
For replacement, withdrawal and refund, refer to the respective course, and look
under 'More Info' for details.
|
|
DEFERMENT, POSTPONEMENT AND PROGRAMME SWITCHING
|
 |
|
For deferment, postponement and programme switching, refer to the respective course,
and look under 'More Info' for details.
|
|
TOP UP PAYMENT
|
 |
|
Where switching of training or testing programme has been approved by BCA, you may
be required to top up payment if the new programme fees are higher.
|
|
REFUND PAYMENT
|
 |
|
If a payment warrants a refund, BCA will arrange to refund the amount paid through
cheque or interbank GIRO. The refund shall be made within 30 days upon approval
of the refund request. No interest shall be imposed for the amount to be refunded.
BCA will inform the applicant if a refund request is not valid.

CANCELLATION
|
 |
|
BCA reserves the right to amend the details in the course brochure, revise the course
fee without prior notice, to cancel, postpone or change the venue of the course
in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
|
|
PROCESSING TIME FRAME
|
 |
|
All applications shall be processed within 1 working day. An applicant can view
his application status
online. Under normal circumstances when an applicant meets the application requirements,
the applicant shall be notified of the result of his application within 3 weeks
from the closing date of the programme.
|
|
PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
|
 |
|
The collection of personal data is required for course/test applications and administration
purposes, and for dissemination of new courses and programmes information.
