In order that your application can be accepted for further processing, you are advised to read all the relevant Guidelines and requirements detailed in the whole Application Process section before making the submission.
You can submit your application together with all the supporting documents, clearances and fees to our Service Counter located at:

Over the counter submissions can only be made from 8.30am to 5.00pm on Monday to Friday.
Online applications can be made via BCA’s “e-Advertisement”
system. This system offers you the convenience of
making submissions for new advertisement licences
anytime in the comfort of your home or office. You
can also enquire on the status of those applications
that you had made online.
When making online applications, you are required to attach all the supporting documents and clearances to your submissions, otherwise the application shall not be processed. The acceptable file formats for the documents are restricted to .doc, .jpg, .pdf, .txt and .zip.
Upon the successful payment (by
credit card or internet banking) of all the
requisite fees, a Tax Invoice/Receipt page will be
displayed. You are advised to print the receipt for
future reference. In addition, a submission number
will also be assigned to you. This number can be
used to check the status of your application.
