BCA EXTENDS THIRD-PARTY CREDIT RATING TO CW-B2, CR-L6 AND ME-L6 FIRMS
(Posted on 08/06/2017)
- At the request of public sector agencies, we will conduct third-party credit rating to CW-B2, CR-L6 and ME-L6 registered firms.
- From 1 July 2017, companies registered under CR at L6 grade and ME at L6 grade are required to submit the audited accounts and meet the financial requirement in order to retain in their respective grades annually (not more than 4 months for SGX listed companies and not more than 6 months for non-SGX listed companies from the accounts closing date). Your company's registration expiry will also be adjusted to align with the submission deadline of your audited accounts submission. Companies registered under CW at B2 grade are already required to submit your accounts annually and will continue to do so.
- Please note that if you are not able to submit your audited accounts by the deadline, your company's grade may be affected. No extension will be granted. However, your company's grade will be reinstated once you have submitted your accounts (after the deadline) and meet the L6 or B2 grades before your company's expiry date.
- We wish to highlight that the public sector agencies may use third-party credit rating to evaluate their tenders called under CW-B2, CR-L6 and ME-L6 from 1 July 2018. If you have any queries you may email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our hotline at 1800 3425222.
