ES Online is an e-Services that facilitates the Qualified Persons for Building Plans [QP(BP)] to e-File their individual project Green Mark (GM) Scores to Building and Construction Authority (BCA) at anytime and anywhere using internet as the delivery medium. QP(BP) is only required to register once with BCA through internet for application to access to this portal.

The system would help to check on the compliance with the minimum GM score requirements. It would auto-generate GM e-Filing number, GM forms and calculation for QP(BP) to make e-submission through CORENET e-Submission System.

The QP(BP) could retrieve his earlier GM calculation records from the system at later stage for update and as-built submission. Using the system, the QP(BP) would e-file his as-built GM score and generate the GM e-Filing number, forms and calculation for e-submission to BCA through CORENET e-Submission System.  Go

CORENET e-Submission System is a 24 x 7 e-Service that facilitates the electronic submission and processing of building related applications and documents anytime, anywhere using Internet as the delivery medium. For projects that are subject to Building Control (Environmental Sustainability) Regulations, QP(BP) is required to indicate the applicability of GM score in the CORENET e-form and GM e-Filing number when making an application for Building Plan Approval.
