System Enhancement - AMS

As we are enhancing our systems to serve you better, One-Stop Skill Upgrading System (One-Stop) will not be available from 21 Dec 2023, after 5pm till 4 Jan 2024, before 12noon, for functions that are linked to slot booking and payment.

However, other functions in AMS (i.e. replacement, printing of attendance sheet, downloading FVS text file, record searching functions) will not be affected.

Increasing of GST rate

With effect from 1 Jan 2024, GST rate will be increased from 8% to 9%. GST-inclusive fees at 9% are to be standardized and rounded to the nearest dollar.

Dear Users,

OneStop system is currently undergoing upgrading enhancements and might have intermittence issues. If you encounter issues in using the system, please try again later. Due to migration of user accounts from 11 June 2021, all existing and new employer users are required to sign up a (New) employer user accounts. Users successfully sign-up, please log in using Singpass(Corporate). Employer users without a CorpPass account – Please register at www.corppass.gov.sg. 

Employer users who are waiting for Singpass (Corporate) account, you may still log in using your user name and password.

• Company’s UEN no. (eg. 123456789X)
• User’s NRIC/FIN
• Password (will be sent to the email address as registered account in One-stop)

Existing Individual users who are still using the user name and password login before 11 June 2021, please reset your password through the forgot password to receive a new password via email.
