  • Academic rates are applicable to full-time tertiary students and teachers. All students are required to submit a copy of their student pass for verification.
  • Students who purchase academic passes will be entitled to a lunch voucher each conference day which is redeemable at the exhibition hall’s cafeteria.
  • Welcome Reception is not included in all Academic package. However, it is available for purchase under the a-la-carte item.

  • All packages do not include access to by-invitation events such as Breakfast Talk for CEOs or Industry Networking Session unless specified.
  • Past delegate rate is applicable to participants who attended IGBC conference in the past three editions. Promo code is required to enjoy the discounted rate (Past delegates who did not receive a promo-code from us via email, please contact us)
  • Group rate is applicable to minimum four delegates per one registration.

All payments are to reach us within 7 working days from the date of the registration confirmation in order for your registration to enjoy the discount and/or reserve a Green Mark Tour slot. Should the payment fail to reach us by the stipulated period, your registration is deemed void and Green Mark tour slot will then be released to other delegates in the wait-list by the organiser.

Payment modes:

  1. Credit Cards: For payment by Credit Card, please wait for an email confirmation from us with online payment instruction.
  2. Cheque Payment: Cheque must be made payable to RELX (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD. Mail to: Reed Exhibitions, c/o IGBC 2018 at 1 Changi Business Park Crescent, #06-01, Plaza 8 @ CBP Tower A, Singapore 486025. Please indicate the invoice number, the name of respective delegates on the back of the cheque.
  3. Telegraphic Transfer (TT): Telegraphic transfer must be made payable to RELX (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD. Bank account no: 0-707792-019 (Swift code CITISGSG), Citibank N.A., 8 Marina View, #16-01 Asia Square Tower 1, Singapore 018960. Bank charges are to be deducted from the participating
    organisation’s own account and the full fee must be received by the event organiser.


Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing by 8 Aug 2018. Failure to do so will result in your organisation being billed for the registration despite “non-attendance”. Refund requests will not be processed on or after 8 Aug 2018. Substitutions are acceptable in writing to the organiser. However, non-members substituting for members must pay the difference in fees prior to the Conference. If, in the sole discretion of the Organiser, the Conference premises shall become unfit for occupancy or if the holding of the Conference or the performance of the Organiser of any of the provisions of the event is interfered with by virtue of any cause or the Conference may or could in any way be affected by a cause not within the control of the Organiser, this Conference (or any part thereof ), may forthwith be terminated or cancelled or postponed or otherwise rearranged by the Organiser at its sole option, without the Organiser or the Manager being liable in damages or otherwise to the Participant. Upon the termination or cancellation as aforesaid, the Organiser shall not be liable to the Participant and no refund will be made upon any postponement or rearrangement as aforesaid, including in the event the Participant deciding not to participate in the Conference. The Organiser may retain all amounts then paid by the Participant.


Entry to the Conference is subjected to FULL PAYMENT within 7 working days from the date of the registration. Walk-in / on-site payment may be made at the Conference registration counters in CASH or by CREDIT CARD only. Delegate Administration Letters will be provided to each registered and paid delegate two weeks before the commencement of the Conference. The letter will provide details of delegate administration at the venue. Registered delegates who do not receive the Letter one week before the Conference, please contact the Organiser.


Registering for this conference constitutes an agreement to IGBC use and distribution of image or voice of attendee in photographs and video/audio recordings.


Photography or video/audio recordings (without the expressed permission of speaker) are strictly prohibited
during all sessions and will result in expulsion from the conference without refund.
