Workforce Development: BCA-Industry Built Environment Undergraduate Sponsorship (for part-time degree)
What is it?
The programme co-funds the undergraduate sponsorship offered by industry firms to upgrade and retain their high potential local employees, whom the firms wish to groom to take up higher management and professional roleswithin the built environment sector.
Who is it for?
Industry firms who are keen to sponsor and upgrade their existing local employees who:
- are Singapore Citizens* or Singapore Permanent Residents and
- are intending to pursue part-time built environment courses at National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), in collaboration with BCA Academy (BCAA) and Singapore Polytechnic (SP) and University of Newcastle, in collaboration with BCAA as listed below:

* Male applicants must have completed or be exempted from full-time National Service.
How much?
BCA will sponsor 70% of the full course fees and the participating firm will co-fund the rest. For cases where the sponsored employee is eligible for MOE subsidy, BCA and sponsor firm will co-fund after the subsidy. Sponsored employees will serve a bond with the firm upon graduation.
How to apply?
