BCA Plan Purchase Application Form
Before making an application, please read the

Please submit your application to purchase approved building and structural plans by clicking on
"Submit New Application"
. If the application is in order, we will contact you within 5 working days on the availability of the plans. You can then view the plans via the
View/Download Plan
Portal below.
Fees Payable:
Search Fee: $35.00 (Inclusive of GST) Per Address (payable upon application)
Plan Purchase Fee: $45.00 (Inclusive of GST) Per Plan Reference Number (per set) (payable after selection of plans for purchase)
Please beware of malware stealing login credentials saved in internet browsers. Stay vigilant against malicious emails that can infect devices with malware. Keep software and security patches up-to-date. Never disclose your passwords and 2FA details to others.
