Use of BCA’s Logo
BCA’s logo shall not be reproduced or printed on materials such as company's name card, office stationery, promotional material, website, social media, etc. However, the Registered firm may use the following text to reflect the Registered Firm’s registration:
“BCA Registered Firm (for public sector works) – Workhead (Registration Grade)”
Example: BCA Registered Firm (for public sector works) – CW01 (C1)
Notwithstanding this, BCA may, in its absolute discretion, require the Registered Firm to remove such text without giving any reason whatsoever, and the Registered Firm shall comply with such requests. The Registered Firm agrees that BCA will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by the Registered Firm in relation to or arising from BCA’s requests as described in this clause.
Please beware of malware stealing login credentials saved in internet browsers. Stay vigilant against malicious emails that can infect devices with malware. Keep software and security patches up-to-date. Never disclose your passwords and 2FA details to others.
Please do not click on any links if you receive SMSes that appear to be from BCA. Please be assured that BCA will never ask or request for anyone’s personal details via SMS notifications and / or automated phone messages. For any queries / feedback, please visit bca.gov.sg/feedbackform/.
Corppass Notification
Please note that a Corppass account is required to access every individual BCA e-Services. If you are unable to do so, please contact your company’s Corppass Administrator / Corppass Customer Service to request for access.
The current Corppass login authentication method will however be replaced by Singpass from 11 April 2021 to verify a user for log in before proceeding to access and transact with government digital services which include the individual BCA e-Services that require a Corppass account.

Email Notification
Please note that we will only send out email notification or reminder letters to your company (including sole-proprietor and partnership). You have to ensure that your company's email address is valid. You can check and update your company's email address by logging in to your eBACS account.
Payment methods
Processing fee can be made either through VISA, eNETS or i-Banking. We have removed GIRO option to facilitate more timely processing of your application. The processing fee is non-refundable irrespective of the application result.
