Purchase of Builders Licensing Certificate
With effect from 1 Nov 2019, the sale of Builder Licencing certificate is no longer available through our counters at 52 Jurong Gateway Road, #06-01 Singapore 608550. You can now purchase the certificate online at https://www.bca.gov.sg/eBACS/ for $30 a copy by credit card or i-Banking.
Please note that the purchase of the Builder Licensing certificate is optional and non–refundable as specified in the First Schedule.
Please beware of malware stealing login credentials saved in internet browsers. Stay vigilant against malicious emails that can infect devices with malware. Keep software and security patches up-to-date. Never disclose your passwords and 2FA details to others.

Corppass Notification
Please note that a Corppass account is required to access every individual BCA e-Services. If you are unable to do so, please contact your company’s Corppass Administrator / Corppass Customer Service to request for access.
The current Corppass login authentication method will however be replaced by Singpass from 11 April 2021 to verify a user for log in before proceeding to access and transact with government digital services which include the individual BCA e-Services that require a Corppass account.

Email Notification
Please note that we will only send out email notification or reminder letters to your company (including sole-proprietor and partnership). You have to ensure that your company's email address is valid. You can check and update your company's email address by logging in to your eBACS account.
Payment methods
Processing fee can be made either through VISA, eNETS or i-Banking. We have removed GIRO option to facilitate more timely processing of your application. The processing fee is non-refundable irrespective of the application result.
